How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Typical production will 10-14 business days. Rush production is available for an additional charge.
Can I order custom apparel for fraternity or sorority events through Greek Threadz?
Custom orders are our specialty. Contact us for custom pricing for your fraternity or sorority event, or fill out a group order form and we will get a quote to you promptly.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are only $6.00 per order under $75.00. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS Ground.
What is the return policy?
Because we custom make all of our merchandise to order, we are unable to accept returns. We make the product just for you when it is ordered. If there is a manufacturer's defect, we will accept the return, and ship another product to you. Please be sure to double check your sizing information before completing your order. If there is a problem with production, please ship to the adress listed below. If there are in fact defects, you will be refunded shipping costs.

Why do you use PayPal?
PayPal offers our customers a free, convenient, safe and secure way to pay for their orders. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, and debit cards.
What type of images can I upload for custom orders?
CDR and EPS files are the easiest for us to upload and use. If files are built and saved in these types of vector files there will be no charge for art work. Artwork charges will apply if we create for your group. We will quote each order.
How do I get my artwork to you?
You may email your artwork to: artwork@greekthreadz.com. If you cannot email your art, please call us to discuss alternate options to send your art to us. 208.731.5595
I don't have any artwork. Can you help?
Yes. We can take your sketch and turn it into art very easily. It is much easier for our graphic designers if you can supply as much detail as possible so that we can do the best job for you. Sketch out or send us a file describing what you're looking for and we'll help you out.
Can I order a T-Shirt or Sweatshirt sample with my logo or graphics printed on it?
Yes. If you would prefer to order a printed T-Shirt or Sweatshirt sample before placing a larger order, we can provide one. (Sample charges apply.) If a larger order is placed, you will be credited the difference in the quantity pricing.
Do you offer non-Greek items?
Yes, we offer embroidered and screen printed clothes for many business clients and groups. Our founder, a Greek alumni, found it hard to order individual Greek items while in school and demands that we serve the Greek fraternities and sororities by supplying single items to the Greek community.
